Participant Agreement and Waiver

By participating in activities offered by Flying High Aerial Arts Studios, I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Assumption of Risk: I understand, acknowledge, and agree that the activities offered by Flying High Aerial Arts Studios, including but not limited to Pole Dancing, entail inherent dangers and risks, including the risk of injury or death. I acknowledge that my participation in these activities is entirely voluntary and at my own risk. Therefore, I waive all legal rights of action to the full extent permitted by law against Flying High Aerial Arts Studios, its directors, instructors, employees, agents, landlords, or lessees for any loss, damages, or injuries arising out of or related to my participation in these activities. This includes, but is not limited to, liability for any negligent or tortious acts, omissions, breaches of duty, breaches of contract, or breaches of statutory duty by Flying High Aerial Arts Studios or its related parties.

Alcohol and Substance Policy: I acknowledge the dangers associated with the consumption of alcohol or mind-altering drugs before or during any activities organized or conducted by Flying High Aerial Arts Studios. I take full responsibility for any injuries, losses, or damages associated with such consumption. I agree not to consume alcohol or any prohibited substances before or during any activities organized or conducted by Flying High Aerial Arts Studios.

Cancellation Policy: All classes must be paid in full at the time of booking. Flying High Aerial Arts Studios enforces an 8-hour cancellation policy for all classes. Failure to notify us at least 8 hours before your class starts will result in the loss of your booked class. For workshops, as they are one-time events, there are no cancellations, transfers, or refunds. We strongly recommend ensuring your availability before booking.

Purchase Policy: Flying High Aerial Arts Studios reserves the right to change or cancel a class/course if sufficient bookings have not been received, up to and including the date of the class/course. In case of a cancellation, we will make every effort to offer alternative dates and times. If no suitable alternative is available, a refund will be granted.

Terms & Conditions:

• Conduct: I agree to follow the instructions of the instructor. Non-compliance may result in cancellation of my lesson and immediate removal from the class. I understand that failure to comply may result in injury.
• Health: Due to COVID-19, if I have any cold-like symptoms, I will not attend the studio. I have discussed any health conditions with my physician and acknowledged the appropriateness of participating in Pole Dancing activities.
• Pregnancy: I acknowledge that Flying High Aerial Arts Studios does not recommend pregnant women participate in Pole Dancing.

Payment & Refund Policy: All Courses and Classes must be paid in full at the time of booking. We enforce an 8-hour cancellation policy for fitness classes. Refunds for courses are allowed (minus a $50 cancellation fee) with more than 1 week’s notice before the course starts. Transfers to another course within 3 weeks are possible if space is available. No refunds are offered once a course has commenced. No cancellations, transfers, or refunds are available for workshops.

Missed Class Policy: We recommend attending all 8 weeks of your Pole Course. Catch-up classes may be offered (if available), but there are no specifically scheduled catch-up classes.

Cancellations at the discretion of Flying High Aerial Arts Studios: Flying High Aerial Arts Studios reserves the right to change or cancel a class/course if sufficient bookings have not been received. In case of cancellation, we will make every effort to offer alternative arrangements. Refunds will be granted solely at the discretion of Flying High Aerial Arts Studios Management.

Intellectual Property Policy: Flying High Aerial Arts Studios retains all rights to intellectual property, including moves, tricks, routines, course styles, and structures taught during activities. I agree not to use or exploit this intellectual property for personal financial gain without prior written permission from Flying High Aerial Arts Studios owners.

Video/Photography Policy: Flying High Aerial Arts Studios owns all photos and videos taken at the studio. Any photos or videos shared on social media must be tagged with our social media tag @flyinghighaerialarts. Additionally, any photos or videos uploaded to social media must have the permission of everyone that is in the photo/video.

Return / Refund: All classes must be paid in full at the time of booking. We enforce an 8-hour cancellation policy for all classes. No cancellations, transfers, or refunds are available for workshops.
